Paper Submissions
PAPER SUBMISSIONS
DOAI invites authors to submit articles reporting new research. Submitted articles should be anonymized by removing author and institution information. Articles should be submitted using the DOAI Master Template. The length of the article should be proportionate to its contribution. Submissions should be made through this template.
• Full Articles: Full articles, excluding references and appendices, may be a maximum of ten pages long. Two columns.
• Short Articles/Breaking News Articles: ICDGAI Extended Abstract format, vertical. Including references, may be a maximum of six pages, single column, or four pages, two columns long.
• Abstracts: Abstract submissions only, regardless of the thematic area, should be submitted to the “Abstract” section and may be a maximum of five hundred words. Accepted abstracts will not be published in the conference proceedings, but abstract authors will be given the opportunity to present their work orally at the conference.
When submitting, authors will be asked to choose a section of the conference. Please note that for regular papers, you must submit an abstract first in order to register your application.
The evaluation process will be conducted using a double anonymization method. Submissions will receive three reviews, including a meta-review from the Department Head. Authors will have the opportunity to respond to the initial reviews before final decisions are made. All authors will be asked to review at least one submission for the sections they are applying to.
Appendices should be kept concise to ensure readability. They will not be considered during the evaluation process.
Remote participation: ICDGAI 2027 will include hybrid sessions allowing for remote presentations.
